Linden Homes

Linden Homes are launching phases 4 and 5 of their significant development in Liskeard a small market town in Cornwall and one of Mary Portas 12 Pilot Towns which will be featured in a Channel 4 documentary at the end of the year.

Although just another phase within an established development, it was felt that a whole new approach should be used to revitalize the marketing and inspire the team of sales of negotiators as well as potential buyers. A new brochure uses strong, fresh colours throughout and is designed to appeal to the target audience.
