Plymouth Community Healthcare

Plymouth Community Healthcare is a community interest company that was created to take over the provision of a wide range of clinical services to the population in and around Plymouth. In order to differentiate itself from the NHS it required its own identity, but sought a style that looked friendly, well established and trustworthy. Services it provides to the public are now commissioned by the NHS and it was important that patients were reassured they were being cared for by a respectable, organization.

The colours and character of the PCH brand are intended to work comfortably in relationship to the NHS and in public medical environments. Our design process included considerable staff consultation and the result is distinctive but straightforward and makes a combined benefit of the two parts of the word Healthcare. It is also easy for PCH’s own team to use, supported by our extensive brand guidelines and templates.
