Kiddu

Kiddu is a new brand created by the founders of Nillavan, their vanilla is among the very best available. Their target audience is the upmarket buyers of vanilla online (Amazon) and Supermarkets such as Waitrose. We wanted to tell their brand story and demonstrate the care and attention to the product by wrapping the vanilla in wax paper and having it stowed carefully in aluminium tubes. The vanilla flower shows its Ugandan provenance and is also used as a graphic device to link important information.

Brand Values:

  1. Exceptional Quality: [Company Name] prides itself on its unwavering dedication to sourcing and delivering the highest quality vanilla products. Each batch of vanilla undergoes rigorous quality control measures to ensure consistent excellence.
  2. Authenticity: The company understands the importance of genuine vanilla flavor and is committed to providing customers with products derived solely from natural vanilla beans. [Company Name] guarantees that their vanilla offerings are free from any artificial additives or preservatives.
  3. Sustainability: As a responsible player in the food industry, [Company Name] is devoted to sustainability and actively supports ethical and environmentally friendly practices. The company works closely with farmers, encouraging fair trade and responsible farming methods to preserve the ecosystems where vanilla thrives.

Kiddu needed a super logo

To establish a strong visual identity, Kiddu seeks a logo that embodies elegance, authenticity, and timeless appeal. With simplicity as the foundation, the logo should incorporate subtle vanilla elements while embracing an earthy colour palette with hints of luxury. By following these guidelines, the logo will capture Kiddu’s commitment to quality and resonate with its discerning target market:

Logo Design Guidelines for Kiddu:

  1. Simplicity: Keep the logo design clean and simple to ensure easy recognition and versatility. Avoid overcrowding the design with excessive elements or intricate details. A minimalist approach will convey sophistication and elegance.
  2. Incorporate Vanilla Elements: Since Kiddu specializes in vanilla products, it is essential to incorporate visual cues related to vanilla in the logo design. Consider incorporating vanilla bean pods, vanilla flowers, or the silhouette of a vanilla plant to establish a strong connection to the brand’s core offering.
  3. Elegance and Luxury: The logo should reflect the upmarket positioning of Kiddu and appeal to discerning buyers. Choose a font and overall design that exude elegance, sophistication, and exclusivity. Consider using a combination of elegant script fonts and refined sans-serif fonts to strike a balance between luxury and legibility.
  4. Subtle Color Palette: Opt for a refined colour palette that aligns with the brand’s image. Earthy tones like warm browns, soft creams, and muted greens can evoke a sense of naturalness and authenticity associated with vanilla. Additionally, gold or silver accents can be used sparingly to add a touch of luxury and sophistication.
  5. Timeless Design: Aim for a logo that will stand the test of time and remain relevant for years to come. Avoid trends that may quickly become outdated. A timeless logo will ensure brand consistency and longevity.
