Plymouth Community Healthcare was formed as a Community Interest Company with the services and staff that previously worked within the NHS for Plymouth Primary Care Trust. We were commissioned to provide a new identity and website that would position them as a new organisation, still providing NHS services and looking after the wellbeing of a local community of around 270,000 people. We worked with the directors and leaders of different service groups to produce a fresh, but authoritative looking logo that would both reassure the public about the professionalism of the new organisation but also show it was approachable and caring.
